It's a digital tool for arranging guests at tables, created and edited inside your wedding app instead of a spreadsheet. Every change saves instantly, and guests can find their seat by scanning a QR code. No more 'seating_plan_final_v3.xlsx'.

The seating plan is part of the complete souveil package for €99 — along with your RSVP, photo gallery, and wedding website. No subscription, no hidden fees, with access for about a year after your wedding. Please note: unlike some planners, our seating plan doesn't currently have a drag-and-drop feature. If that's a deal-breaker for you, we want to be upfront about it.

How do I create a wedding seating plan online?
In souveil, you create a guest list (or import it from your RSVPs), arrange your tables, and assign people to them. The plan saves automatically, and guests find their seat by scanning a QR code — no spreadsheets or file sharing needed.
Does the seating plan connect to the guest list?
Yes. The seating plan uses the same guest list as your RSVP, so you only seat guests who have confirmed. You can also see their dietary needs and any notes they left.
Does souveil have a drag-and-drop feature?
Not at the moment. In exchange for a drag-and-drop interface, you get a seating plan that's fully integrated with your RSVP, gallery, and wedding website, all for one price. We believe in being transparent about this.
Will guests be able to see where they are sitting?
Yes. After scanning the QR code, a guest will instantly see their table number — no need to ask staff or search a printed list.
How much does the online seating plan cost?
The seating plan is included in the souveil package for €99, along with your RSVP, photo gallery, and wedding website. There are no subscriptions or hidden costs.
