Requesting a refund

Our policy allows for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. This period starts from the day you pay, not your wedding day. If you contact us directly, a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund is always helpful — it lets us know what we can improve.

Exclusion for live wedding use: A refund is not available if, within those 30 days, you have used souveil with your actual wedding guests. This includes sending your Save the Date, collecting RSVPs, activating the day-of app, or publishing the photo gallery for your guests (internal testing is fine). The exclusion applies once souveil is actively being used by your guests.

To request a refund, the easiest way is via our contact form or by emailing hello@souveil.com with your purchase details. The Terms of Service contain the legally binding version of this policy.

Processing your refund

We aim to process your refund as quickly as possible once we confirm you've met the conditions (this includes processing through Paddle). Your bank or card issuer may take some time to show the funds in your account — often up to 20 days. For more details, please refer to Paddle.
