Use our 30-day Money Back Guarantee to get to know souveil. We make every effort to keep the product intuitive and easy to set up. If something doesn’t work as expected, check our documentation or contact us via the contact form or hello@souveil.com.

Request a refund

Our policy offers a full refund within 30 days of your payment date. The countdown starts from payment, not your wedding date. We genuinely want to hear what went wrong and how we can improve—please include brief details when you reach out.

Wedding-use exclusion: A refund does not apply if, during that same 30-day window, souveil was used to operate your wedding for real guests — for example: sending Save the Date to recipients, inviting real RSVP responses or guest logistics, activating the wedding-day guest app experience for your event, publishing the guest-facing gallery with real guest content beyond internal testing, or similar live use aimed at attendees. Exploring, configuring or testing privately is fine; the exclusion applies once souveil is your deployed address or workflow for guests.

Refund processing

We attempt to approve and process refunds as quickly as reasonably possible after confirming eligibility (including Paddle’s merchant-of-record checks). Depending on banks and intermediaries, it may take up to roughly 20 days for refunded funds to appear on your statement or bank account after Paddle completes their side — see Paddle for more on payouts and timelines.
