Terms of Service

Last updated: April 1, 2026

1. General provisions

These Terms govern use of the souveil website and online store (“Store”), including these Terms at https://souveil.com/terms/. The Store is operated by Tag Concierge sp. z o.o., KRS 0001056414, ul. Sarego 18, lok. 1, 31–047 Kraków, Poland (“Administrator”). By registering or placing an order, you (“Customer”) confirm—often by ticking a box—that you have read these Terms.

Prices (EN/SK storefront). Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, prices displayed on souveil.com listings for EN and SK are stated in EUR, inclusive of VAT (gross amounts). Paddle may convert or settle in another currency for your jurisdiction; the definitive amount owed is established at Paddle checkout.

Contact: hello@souveil.com · EN form https://souveil.com/contact/ · SK https://souveil.com/sk/kontakt/.

2. Products

The Store sells access to souveil: digital wedding services hosted online (“Products”)—such as Save the Date pages, RSVP, guest-facing web apps, galleries, and dashboard tools—not installable CMS plug-ins.

Products may be offered as annual subscriptions eligible for recurring payments when available at checkout. An active subscription period includes operational updates Administrator supplies for subscribed features.

Unless expressly stated differently at checkout, an annual subscription period runs 12 months from purchase. Renewal uses the catalogue price communicated at renewal. Automatic recurring payments are authorised through Paddle; you may cancel repeating charges via Paddle’s customer controls (billing portal / e-mail tooling). After lapse without renewal, access to provisioning, updates issued after lapse, Store-side entitlement tools or online-only perks may cease as described during purchase.

Normally one purchase corresponds to one wedding event/workspace unless a plan listing expressly allows more.

Optional demos, when offered, follow limits disclosed on the Website and may require an account plus marketing-contact consent.

3. Placing orders

Orders require accurate checkout fields. Ordering is accepted 24 hours/day. Administrator aims within 24 hours to acknowledge receipt electronically.

The Parties are bound by the price communicated at checkout, subject to Paddle Merchant-of-Record processing.

Until Paddle confirms/settles payment, Administrator may refuse or cancel pending unpaid orders flagged for fraud/abuse mitigation.

Card and other Paddle-supported payment methods undergo processing/storage under Paddle/card-scheme rules.

4. Payment and fulfillment

Payment methods available at Paddle checkout (cards, wallets, BLIK depending on geography) debit Paddle; fulfillment begins once Paddle settles payment under MoR terms.

If checkout still shows an unpaid order five (5) business days after placement without completion, Administrator may cancel the order.

Fulfillment includes access instructions delivered to purchase e-mail and/or authenticated onboarding surfaces.

Invoicing / VAT. Tax documentation aligns with Paddle’s MoR posture and Polish/EU statutes. Invoice particulars must remain accurate. You agree to invoicing/documentation electronically delivered by Paddle/Administrator where permissible.

5. Complaints, withdrawal, refunds

Complaints concerning the Store/Products reach us via the contact form linked above or hello@souveil.com; include order references and descriptions of issues whenever possible.

Substantive responses target ~14 calendar days once complete information arrives unless shorter statutory deadlines apply.

Statutory withdrawal/cancellation safeguards for Consumers follow EU directives and Member-State implementing rules, including exclusions for digitally supplied content where performance began with Consumer’s consent after required warnings about losing withdrawal rights.

Discretionary refunds are summarised alongside binding rules at https://souveil.com/refund/; voluntary policies may deny renewals except where overriding law applies.

6. Technical requirements

Access requires broadband Internet connectivity, actively monitored e-mail, and browsers supported by Paddle & Clerk flows—chiefly newest Chrome/Firefox/Safari/Edge releases. JavaScript and cookies remain essential for onboarding. Server logs retain IP/device/browser fingerprints for lawful security/logging.

Guest RSVP/app subsites may articulate additional minimum UX expectations.

Uploading illegal content violates these Terms.

7. Electronic services

Administrators furnish electronic services—for example browsing/catalog search, Newsletter hosting when subscribed, and transactional account maintenance stemming from lawful purchases/demos.

Newsletters or marketing mailings unsubscribe per instructions mailed or contact requests referencing ‘newsletter’ at hello@souveil.com.

Paid Products constitute remunerated digital services under UE/PL law; storefront EN/SK copy references EUR VAT-inclusive anchors unless Paddle overlays dynamic conversion calculators.

8. Account

Eligible purchases automate provisioning of couple/dashboard accounts per Clerk/Paddle interplay described in onboarding e-mails.

Login adopts secure links or SSO described in onboarding. Account deletion/suppression requests go to hello@souveil.com albeit retention may persist wherever tax/account ledgers dictate.

Demo workspaces remain covered by demos’ separate disclosures.

9. Intellectual property

Marks, creative assets, dashboards, SaaS codebase, workflows, aggregated analytics, UX copy—in short everything accessible through souveil—belongs to Administrators or licensees. Your purchase affords only the limited licences implied by onboarding text; redistribution of proprietary artefacts outside granted functionality breaches these Terms.

Unless Administrators publish OSS references for identifiable components, you must not circumvent security tools, improperly scrape competitor intelligence, sublicense without permission or monetise unauthorised derivative works stemming from Administrators’ IP.

10. Personal data

Data processing—including cookies—is explained in Privacy Policy (EN, SK localized, plus PL equivalents on souveil.pl).

11. Alternative dispute resolution

EU Consumers may pursue extrajudicial forums—conciliation, sector bodies, municipal consumer advocates, Trade Inspection mediators—as well as the EU Online Dispute Resolution portal http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

12. Final provisions

Administrators may amend these Terms wherever legal, compliance, Paddle integration, or materially performance-impacting changes demand—posting consolidated text at least fourteen (14) calendar days before effectiveness unless unavoidable shorter horizons stem from statutes or supervisory obligations.

If clauses become partially void/unenforceable, remaining provisions endure so far permissible.

Scheduled outages display advance messaging when realistically feasible.

Liability caps/disciplines track Polish substantive law distinctions between Consumers and non-Consumers.

Marketing copy references English linguistic primacy; governing law is Polish. These Terms apply to purchases made on or after April 1, 2026.
