1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (the 'Terms') define the rules for using the souveil online store and service, available at addresses including https://souveil.com/terms/ (the 'Store'). The Store is operated by Tag Concierge sp. z o.o., KRS 0001056414, ul. Sarego 18, lok. 1, 31–047 Kraków, Poland (the 'Administrator'). By using the Store (by placing an order or registering), the Client declares that they have read and accept these Terms.

2. Products and Subscription
The subject of the service is the souveil digital services (including the 'Save the Date' announcement website, RSVP, guest communication modules, gallery, and couple's dashboard)—provided online, without any installable CMS add-ons (the 'Products').
Products may be offered on an annual subscription model with recurring payments set up at checkout.
During an active subscription period, the Client is entitled to updates and functional changes within the scope of their purchased plan, as described at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise specified at checkout, the billing period is 12 months from the date of purchase; the subsequent period depends on renewal according to the price list at the time of extension and the recurring payment settings in Paddle.
We will notify you of any planned significant changes to the price list no later than 30 days before the change takes effect, or within another timeframe if strictly required by regulations concerning subscriptions or digital content. After the subscription expires, access to some features or downloads may be disabled as described at the time of purchase; access can be restored by placing a new order where possible.
Typically, one purchase covers one wedding event / one service instance, unless the offer states otherwise.
The demo environment (if available) is subject to separate limitations described on the website; it may require an account and additional consent for marketing communication.

3. Placing an Order
Placing an order requires providing true and accurate data and correctly completing the Paddle checkout process. Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, subject to technical availability.
We will confirm receipt of your order (usually by email) within 24 hours of it being placed, provided your email address is reachable.
The parties are bound by the price indicated at checkout when the order is placed and confirmed by Paddle, except in the case of an obvious system error.
Until the payment is settled by Paddle, the Administrator may refuse or cancel an order for cause (e.g., fraud prevention, non-payment). Card saving and recurring payments are subject to Paddle's settings and the communication sent at the time of purchase.

4. Payment and Order Fulfilment
Payments are processed by Paddle (including card payments and other country-specific methods). Fulfilment occurs after the payment is successfully processed according to Paddle's Merchant of Record (MoR) rules. If an order remains unpaid at checkout for approximately 5 working days, it may be cancelled.
After payment, the Client gains access to the Products as described in the onboarding process—usually via the email address provided during the order and in the dashboard. VAT and Invoicing: Tax documents are issued in accordance with regulations and the Paddle model; you must provide complete invoice details and consent to electronic documentation where permitted.

Complaints regarding the Store or Products should be submitted via the contact form at https://souveil.com/contact/ or by email to hello@souveil.com. We recommend providing your order number and a description of the issue; where applicable, please also specify which Products are affected by the complaint.
We aim to respond within approximately 14 days of receiving all necessary information, unless a different deadline is specified by law or a relevant authority, or if we need to request further details.
Consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal, subject to exceptions for digital content and services where performance has begun, in accordance with consumer law and the notices displayed at checkout when activating the service. The policy for any additional voluntary returns is available at: https://souveil.com/refund/; subscription renewals may be non-refundable beyond statutory requirements as described therein.

7. Electronically Provided Services
We provide certain services free of charge, including browsing the offer presentation (where publicly visible), the search function (if active), and maintaining an account created during purchase or for a demo. Paid Products constitute paid digital services as defined by the relevant laws on electronically provided services.
8. Account

9. Protected Content and Scope of Use
The software, visual and text templates, and layout of souveil are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to the Administrator or its licensors. Payment of the fee grants you a personal, non-transferable right (except where permitted by law) to use the Products within the scope of the offer at the time of purchase, without the right to sublicense without written permission. It is prohibited, among other things, to decompile the software with the intent of creating a competitive copy or reproducible service to the detriment of the Administrator, to circumvent security measures, or to distribute closed API elements beyond the scope of the granted licence.
10. Personal Data
The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are described in our Privacy Policy: https://souveil.com/privacy/.
11. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
A consumer may use out-of-court methods for resolving complaints and disputes. This includes the EU's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. You may also seek assistance from your local consumer protection authority.
The Administrator is open to resolving disputes through mediation, the details of which would be agreed upon by the parties separately.

12. Final Provisions
The Administrator may amend these Terms in the event of a significant change in regulations or the method of service delivery (including changes by Paddle that affect these provisions). We will communicate planned technical maintenance breaks in advance where possible.
