We can help with product questions (RSVP, Save the Date, gallery, guest app), pre-purchase enquiries, and billing issues handled by Paddle. If your message is about an existing order, please use the email address you paid with — it helps us find your details much faster.

We answer general questions in the order they arrive, usually within a few business days. For urgent technical issues, please mention it in the subject or body of your message and explain what's blocking you or your guests — we'll do our best to prioritise it.

Please don't include sensitive data in the form (like full guest lists or ID numbers). A description of the issue and, if relevant, your order ID from the Paddle email is all we need.
